More often, however, companies are seeing that eco-friendly practices brings your company many benefits. Being known as a green company resonates with a marketplace that’s increasingly concerned about the environment. It can motivate employees, save you money, and give you a deeper sense of accomplishment. Here are some ways your business can go green.
Use Eco-Friendly Lighting
Traditional incandescent bulbs are very inefficient, and waste most of their energy through heat. Modern alternatives like LEDs or compact fluorescent bulbs use less power. In the winter, turn back the heat a little and ask employees to do their part by dressing warmly.

To increase your brand’s reach and impact. Find an eco-friendly public or private organization like Friends of the Earth or Greenpeace that you can partner with. Formally endorsing these organizations by spreading their message, making donations, and displaying their logos alongside your own will benefit both of you. It helps to reinforce your green commitment, and helps the organization to attract more supporters and donors.
